1977

Roots in Madurai

I was born in Madurai, a city where traditions and dreams live together. My early life was simple, with limited resources, but my dreams were never small. I wanted to take care of my family and create something meaningful. Those humble beginnings became my greatest strength.

1995–1999

Education & First Breakthrough

With determination, I pursued my Master’s in IT and Electronics & Communication Engineering. It was not easy—I had to overcome financial struggles and academic challenges—but I never gave up. My hard work opened the doors to IBM, where I worked on advanced technologies. Within a short time, I became a lead. But deep inside, I knew my purpose was bigger than a corporate title. Leaving IBM was a tough decision, but it was necessary to follow my dream.

1999

The First Step of a Thousand-Mile Journey

In 1999, I established Elysium Technologies Private Limited in Madurai with a vision to bring innovative technology solutions to the region. Starting with limited resources, I introduced internet and networking services when they were still new to many. Today, under my leadership, Elysium has grown into a trusted firm known for its data-driven insights and strategic solutions.

2007

Democratizing Skill Development

In 2007, I launched Elysium Academy Private Limited with the mission of democratizing skill development. I recognized the challenges faced by students, especially from rural areas, in accessing quality education. My vision was to provide world-class technical training beyond big cities, ensuring equal opportunities for all. Under my leadership, Elysium Academy has grown into a leading edtech institution, empowering thousands of students to become skilled professionals through advanced learning methodologies and industry-standard programs.

2009

Giving Back to Society

In 2009, I established Elysium Foundation to give back to society and create meaningful impact. As Major Trustee, I initiated projects such as tree planting, free training programs for rural youth, women empowerment initiatives, and community development activities. What began as a vision to thank the society that shaped me has today grown into a foundation dedicated to social welfare, education, and sustainable development.

2012

Bringing AI to Madurai

In 2012, I founded Elysian Intelligence Business Solutions (EiBS) to introduce AI-driven solutions and transform businesses through technology. At a time when AI was still new to many, I envisioned bringing advanced CRM and ERP solutions to Madurai using a SaaS model. Convincing businesses to adopt AI was a challenge, but my persistence helped change mindsets and positioned EiBS as a leader in innovative business management solutions.

2015–2018

Diversification Era

I never wanted to stop with one idea. I expanded into communication, firewall security, and network auditing. Along with technology, I also started Atchayapathra Food, providing meals to hostel students, the elderly, and those away from home. I still remember the struggle of building trust in the food sector, but my belief was clear—“Our food must fulfill both hunger and heart.

2024

Vision for the Future

My vision now is to create 100 CEOs and leaders from my ecosystem. Every struggle, sacrifice, and sleepless night has shaped this path. My journey is not just about me—it is about showing that if a boy from Madurai with modest beginnings can dream and achieve, then anyone can.
